This poem was created in a magnetic poetry write off using magnetic poetry kits from this website:
http://www.languageisavirus.com/magneticpoetry/
Me and my competitor (Eugene!) had 30 minutes to come up with a poem using words and stuff from one of these magnet kits, and this is what I came up with.
The Banal Lyric
She listens to the banal lyric
Voracious movement
She's got the deceptive thirst
The tragic hysteria
Rusty Moods,
In vehement Shackles
Her neurotic climax sparks
In veiled solitude
Immense futility nourishes a clever tongue
A fecund of words a nimble slap to the face
And trembling convincingly
Rushing into instanity
The stranger quivers in ecstacy
Delicate flesh insuperable
in a labyrinth
Of restlessness
Blinding smoke Fatigue
Ivory stained glass
Savage intoxication
Absolution dreamer
Hanging on a thread of tempo
I can do anything I want, so why don't I do something?
